
A back to basics program running for 8 weeks, delivered in 60 minutes weekly live online sessions plus access to weekly recordings.
We will cover breathing, core engagement, Pilates principles, spinal, hip, neck and shoulder mobility, balance and flow, and strength and load. Through a specially formulated mat program. Come as you are. No matter what your level or ability, this is an invitation to join me as we slow down and move with intention through the Pilates Method. All you need is a mat and access to Zoom.

We will hold the sessions on:
Mondays at 6pm (AEST)
Fridays at 12pm (AEST)
Sundays at 8am (AEST)
The same session will be delivered 3 times in the one week - pick a slot that suits you to attend live, or access the recording in your own time.
