As we move into the mellow winter months here in the southern hemisphere, or maybe you're preparing to unwind and refresh in the northern hemisphere, join me on this 8-week program as we move with intention to become more body aware through the Pilates Method.
Through a tailored mat program, every week, we will focus on one aspect of the fundamentals of the Pilates Method and what it means for us in our body.
Our aim is to move with intention. To know our strengths. To realise where we might need more work. To become more body aware. To lay solid foundation for progress, and come out of this program comfortable in knowing why we do the exercises we do.
